Introducing Hasan Ventures: a studio that builds its own SaaS
Why we started Hasan Ventures LLC in Cyprus, what we do for clients, and what you will find in these Insights.
Most software agencies sell hours. Most software companies sell one product. We wanted to do both, because each one makes the other better.
Hasan Ventures LLC is a product studio based in Larnaca, Cyprus. We help businesses grow through software and digital services, and we launch our own SaaS products alongside client work.
What we do
We work in four areas:
- Startup Studio. Validate an idea before you spend on code.
- Product & SaaS Engineering. Design and build web apps, SaaS platforms and APIs.
- Growth & Digital. Websites, SEO, content and analytics that compound.
- Automation & AI. Replace manual work with workflows and internal tools.
You can read the details on the services page.
Why we build our own products
It is easy to give advice about pricing, onboarding or what to cut from a first release when you have never had to live with the consequences. Running our own products means we feel the same trade-offs our clients do. It also means every lesson goes straight back into client projects.
Our first product, FollowUpInvoice, is already live. It chases overdue invoices for freelancers and small agencies, sends from their own email, and stops when the client pays. We wrote up how we built it, including the bugs.
What you will find here
This is the place where we think out loud. Expect four kinds of posts:
- Idea teardowns. We score a startup idea with a fixed framework, the Hasan Ventures Idea Score, and say whether we would build it.
- Case studies. What real companies got right or wrong, and what founders can take from it.
- Playbooks. Practical how-tos on validation, MVPs, SEO and growth.
- Build notes. Decisions and mistakes from running our own products.
