This page explains what personal data Hasan Ventures LLC collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are

What we collect
If you contact us
The contact form opens your email app with your message filled in. If you send it, we receive what you wrote (typically your name, email address, company and a description of your project) by email. We use it only to reply to you and to prepare a proposal. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period after, and delete them on request.
Analytics, only if you accept
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how people find us. It sets cookies in your browser and sends page-view data to Google (Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC). Our legal basis is your consent. If you reject, nothing is loaded from Google and no analytics cookies are set.
Server logs
Like any web server, ours records technical details of each request (IP address, browser, page requested, time). We use them for security and to keep the site running, and keep them only as long as needed for that purpose.
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not sell personal data, and fonts are hosted on our own server, so your browser does not contact a font provider.

You can change your mind at any time: . Rejecting deletes the Google Analytics cookies.
Who receives your data
Google, for analytics, and only if you accept. Our hosting provider and email provider, who process data for us under their terms. Where data goes outside the EU/EEA, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time. Write to hello@hasanventuresllc.com and we will answer within a month.
You also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority: in Cyprus, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
