Invoices that chase themselves until you get paid.
Follow-ups written in your voice, polite on day 1 and firm by day 14, sent from your own email. They stop the moment the client pays.
- Built and run by Hasan Ventures
- Laravel · Vue · Stripe Connect
- Made for freelancers, studios and small agencies
(01) The problem
You did the work and sent the invoice. Now the money you have already earned sits in someone else’s account, while your own bills don’t wait. Asking for it never feels like part of the job, so it keeps getting put off.
(02) The ladder
Polite on day 1. Firm by day 14.
Each follow-up is written for that invoice and how late it is. The default ladder runs at 1, 3, 7, 14 and 30 days, and every step can change.
Day 1
Friendly nudge
“Hi Sarah, hope the project is still working well for you. Just a heads-up that INV-041 is due today. Payment link below whenever you’re ready.”
Day 7
Polite follow-up
“Hi Sarah, following up on INV-041, now a week past due. I know things get busy. Here’s the payment link to take care of it quickly.”
Day 14
Firm reminder
“Hi Sarah, INV-041 is now 14 days past due. I’d love to keep our working relationship in good shape, so settling this today would mean a lot. Payment link below.”
Day 30
Final notice
The last step on the default ladder, and a good one to keep your approval switched on for.
Example reminders. Tone and timing are yours to set.
(03) Control
It chases for you. It never speaks for you without asking.
The reason most people never automate their follow-ups is the fear of one badly worded email reaching their best client. So the brakes were built first.
01
Approve before it sends
Every draft can wait for your yes. Read it, edit a line, change the tone, regenerate it. Approve from your inbox or straight from Slack.
02
Turn it up one step at a time
Set each rung to send on its own, ask you first, just notify you, or stop chasing altogether. Automate day 1 and day 7, keep a hand on day 14 and day 30.
03
It knows when to stop
Paid in full, paid in part, or your client says the transfer is on its way: chasing pauses on its own. So does an opt-out, a bounce or a spam complaint.
04
You can always see what was sent
Every follow-up is stored with its tone, whether it was AI-written or a template, whether you reviewed it, and whether it was opened. No black box.
(04) What’s inside
Built for the part of invoicing nobody enjoys.
- 01
Nothing sends without your say-so
Read every draft before it goes out. Edit a line, switch the tone or regenerate it. Turn approvals off once you trust it, one stage at a time, not all or nothing.
- 02
Sent from your address, not ours
Connect your own Gmail, Outlook, Zoho, Yahoo, iCloud or any SMTP account. Your client sees a message from you, at the address they already know, and replies come straight back to you.
- 03
It knows when they already paid
A card payment, a part payment, or a client clicking “I have already paid this”: chasing pauses straight away. Reminders always quote the balance still outstanding, never the original total.
- 04
Your ladder, your rules
Decide what happens on each day: send it, ask first, just notify, or stop for good. The default is 1, 3, 7, 14 and 30 days, and every step can change.
- 05
Late fees on your terms
A percentage or a fixed amount, once or monthly, with a grace period and a cap. Fees are tracked separately, so the invoice you issued never changes, and you can waive any fee in one click.
- 06
A client link that stays useful
One private portal link showing every invoice a client has with you, paid and unpaid, with a pay button on each. You can see when they last opened it.
- 07
Slack and push, so you stay in the loop
Approve day-14 and day-30 drafts from Slack, get a daily digest, and a ping when a client views an invoice or pays. Browser push notifications work too.
- 08
It learns how each client pays
Payment behaviour feeds the tone of each reminder, and each invoice gets a risk score and a payment-date prediction.
(05) Your money
The money never touches us.
Client card payments go straight into your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect. We are never the merchant, never hold your balance, and take nothing out of an invoice you collect.
Prefer bank transfer? Your client can mark it as sent and the chasing pauses while you confirm it. Stripe handles every card detail. SMTP passwords, API keys and access tokens are encrypted at rest.
(06) Works with
Keep invoicing where you already do.
Add the invoice in about twenty seconds, with the amount, client and due date, and it takes over the part you keep putting off. Nothing to migrate.

Built for
Freelancers, studios and small agencies invoicing anywhere from a handful of clients to a few hundred, who have at some point let an invoice slide because chasing it felt awkward.

High-volume AR teams needing multi-user approval chains, or businesses whose customers already pay by direct debit before anyone has to ask.

(08) FAQ
The questions people actually ask.
Will the AI send something to my client that I would never have written?
Not unless you let it. Every follow-up can wait for your approval: you read the draft, edit any line, switch the tone or regenerate it, and only then does it send. Every email is also labelled in your dashboard as AI-written, reviewed by you, or a plain template.
Does the email come from my address or yours?
Yours. Connect Gmail, Outlook, Zoho, Yahoo, iCloud or any SMTP account and it sends through your own mailbox. Your client sees the same address they always do, and replies come straight back to you.
Do you take a cut of the invoices I collect?
No. Client card payments go directly into your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect. We are never the merchant, never hold your balance, and take nothing out of an invoice you collect. You pay a flat subscription and nothing else.
What if my client already paid by bank transfer?
Every invoice page has an “I have already paid this” button. The moment your client uses it the chasing pauses and you get a notification to confirm or dismiss it.
Do I have to move my invoicing over?
No. If you already invoice somewhere you like, add the invoice here with the amount, client and due date and it handles only the chasing. If you would rather do it all in one place, it generates invoices and branded PDFs too.
What if a client asks to stop being emailed?
Every reminder carries an unsubscribe link, and one click opts that client out permanently. Bounces and spam complaints opt them out automatically as well.
